His current scholarly work examines governance arrangements, policy implementation, and institutional performance. His research also explores how citizens interact with government, the conditions that enable accountability, and the institutional contexts that shape public sector outcomes, with an emphasis on Saudi Arabia and comparative perspectives. Dr. Alnasser earned his Ph.D. in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University, and he previously worked in public sector information systems and organizational support functions.
