Entry level professionals

This program is designed for entry level professionals, preferably with engineering background, who have an experience of 0-3 years and are interested in developing their business and communication skills.

Nelson Gayton

NELSON GAYTON holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and MFA in Digital Media from UCLA and a BSM from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He has also served as a Visiting Scholar to the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST) and the Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom. He has served as a Faculty member at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he also was Founding Managing Director of the School’s think tank in digital media, creativity and innovation, and later was instrumental in establishing the Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative. Prior to Wharton, Nelson served as a General Partner of the venture management firm, Crayon Venture Partners, and as a senior executive at Electronic Data Systems in London where he was responsible for business development, including the execution of over $25 million in strategic alliances and acquisitions. He began his career as a merchant banker with the Hong Kong Shanghai Corporation (HSBC). Nelson is a noted speaker and industry panelist, having also served on the faculty of UCLA Anderson School of Management and served as the Founding Executive Director of the School’s Center of Excellence in Media, Technology & Innovation. He is a published author of case studies at the Harvard Business School and a frequent contributor to knowledge publications, like Knowledge @ Wharton, Forbes and NPR just to name a few. Nelson is one of Fullbridge’s most highly rated and reviewed master coaches. He has coached programs for Fullbridge in many countries around the world with particular expertise delivering to a Saudi audience.
