Program Overview
The KSPP’s fellowship program is a full-time on-the-job training that aims to develop aspiring scholars with the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to excel in academia in the field of public policy. Within two years, Fellows will progressively deepen their knowledge and expand their impact through a combination of research skills, and courses, as well as mentoring, in preparation for pursuing a Ph.D. at leading international universities with a full scholarship, along with a post-Ph.D. career placement opportunity at KSPP.

Admission Requirements
Academic Qualification
Master's degree (2022-2026) with a minimum GPA equivalent to “Very Good.”
Academic Background
A master’s degree in a field aligned with KSPP priorities, such as Law, Economics, Political Science, Information Technology, Public Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Sociology, Engineering, Sustainability, Environment, or Public Policy. The degree must be from either one of the top 30 universities or one of the top 10 programs in subject ranking, based on QS rankings in the year of admission to the master’s program.
GMAT or GRE test score
Applicants who are not graduates of the top 30 universities or top 10 subject-ranked programs must submit a minimum GMAT score of 600 or GRE score of 300.
Interview
Successful completion of an interview.
Proof of English Language Proficiency
IELTS Academic 6.5 or TOEFL-ibt 80 (may be waived if the applicant has obtained a bachelor’s degree or higher from a country where English is the native language, including Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States).
